Agentic AI
An Australian number that answers the calls you can't take, finds out what each caller is after, and keeps track of it for you — any hour, while your plan has minutes left.
Harbour keeps track of who's waiting. You make the call.
Dramatisation. The person and the setting are AI-generated.
How it works
-
The call
Your business name, and that they are speaking to your personal AI assistant. Then a conversation — no menu, no form read aloud.
-
It finds out what they are after
Buying, selling, renting, leasing, or offering something of their own — it does not assume. It follows the caller with open questions, and listens for what you have said matters.
-
You get the intelligence
Transcript, summary, and what they asked that nobody has answered yet.
After every call
Once your own mobile is set up, Harbour tells you about each call it answers in one line: who it was and how long it lasted, and, when the call got that far, what they were after and whether they asked for a call back.
The line goes into your Pier conversation in Harbour. It also comes to your phone as a text while your plan has room for it, unless you have replied STOP.

Pier reads your week
Someone is still waiting on a call back. A note lapses tomorrow. Pier points it out in Harbour — and, if you set it to Active, by text to your own phone, which you can text back.
Took the call yourself? Tell Pier what was said. It takes in who it was and what they are after, and keeps track of your next step if you ask it to.
Pier's background check works from counts and categories — never a name, a number or a word anybody said. When you talk to Pier, it reads your recent calls, including what callers said, so it can answer you. The privacy policy says which company handles each.
Guardrails
Three kinds of limit. Some are built into what it can do. The rest are rules it is told on every call, in words no business can edit.
- Regulatory
- It is told to quote only a price your notes give as advertised, and a reserve only if your notes say it has been published.
- Commercial
- On a call it has no way to book a time or send the caller anything. It is told that the only promise it may make is that someone will be in touch.
- Factual
- It is told never to invent a detail, and to say so when it does not know.
Built for a phone line, not a chat box
- Monthly plans
- Priced by the month, and pay as you go past them — only if you turn it on.
- A ledger you can read
- Every minute and every message, priced.
- It says it is an AI, every call
- The assistant is instructed to open every call by saying it is your personal AI assistant. A business cannot switch that off.
